ug778 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ug778 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the ug778 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ug778, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond ug778's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data by third parties.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content, odds, or promotional materials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

ug778's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug778 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ug778's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute between you and ug778, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ug778 customer support. ug778 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
